This Filipino cuisine blog was made so that I could share some of our favorite Filipino and Asian dishes with everyone. As a major fan of Filipino cuisine, I'd like to share some Filipino dishes with you.

I was inspired to start this blog after noticing how underappreciated Filipino cuisine is. I want the rest of the world to notice, recognize, taste, and enjoy Filipino cuisine.
